We track carbon emissions of our fleet, waste streams, report on any environmental spillages, incidents, near misses, and capture learning events to drive continuous improvement in how we minimise the impact of our operations on the environment.

We ensure the future of the industry is in safe hands by running a full apprenticeship scheme for young individuals coming into the industry.

Customer satisfaction is a key priority

Customer choices and views are
at the heart of our service. That’s why we gather feedback at every touchpoint and have established several ways for customers to get in touch – webchat, on-line forums, twitter, phone, email, SMS text, and customer liaison surgeries. Our approach to customer care ensures every customer is fully engaged throughout the works cycle.

ICT Capability

Our information systems drive innovation. Often they are interfaced with our clients’ systems to provide real-time visibility of our performance.

We embrace technology in work processes e.g. desktop validations with Power Bi to align with clients’ asset database and our app-based health and safety, customer satisfaction and finance tracking enables accurate KPI capture and live data sharing.

We support the Carers Trust and we set an annual calendar of in-office events to raise funds as well as encourage volunteering in our workforce.
