We use an industry-leading repairs management IT system to manage our responsive repairs contracts. It ensures our teams work to the same processes and will give us visibility of the effectiveness of each process. This means we are able to respond quickly to changing demands and continually optimise and improve. Our system encompasses full works order management, appointments/scheduling, mobile working and planned maintenance programming, and has been successfully interfaced with a number of our clients’ systems. We can rapidly bespoke the system and adapt to the changing needs of our clients through our specially trained internal team of system “super users.”
