Services - Responsive Maintenance

We have extensive experience in delivering maintenance and repair services for Housing Associations and Local Authorities in London and the South East of England. On average, each year, we complete an estimated 27,000 jobs. 97% of all repairs and 99.99% of emergency repairs are completed within target, whilst 98.5% of both routine and urgent appointments are met.

Our Operatives utilise PDAs during the course of their working day which provides all parties with access to real-time information. The accessibility of real-time data enables us to deliver our service in a transparent, accurate and efficient manner.

Responsive Repair Team Members


We employ locally-based Operatives to support our Responsive Repair Contracts as past experience has highlighted the importance of local knowledge. Our aim is to integrate the provision of our service with the precise requirements of the Community in order to deliver a bespoke, first-rate responsive service. Locally-based Operatives are also logistically well placed and help us to reduce our carbon footprint.

All Responsive Repair Operatives are directly employed, qualified tradesmen which ensures only a skilled person with the relevant experience is allocated to a repair. By maintaining this standard, we are able to increase our number of first-time fixes and guarantee works have a professional finish.

The responsive maintenance service provided supports the homes and communal areas of Tenants and Leaseholders on a day-to-day basis as well as during out of hours and emergency call outs.

Service levels agreed with the Client grades the urgency of a repair but in most cases we aim to be ahead of schedule and attend site at the earliest possible convenience.
