Can I take this opportunity to express my thanks to the team that are currently on site. Since being here they have acted in the most professional manor, they have been respectful to our customers and staff, they have completed works in record time causing minimal disruption to all of us.

I would just like to say that I had a flood in my bathroom before xmas which resulted in me having to have new lino laid and this job was given to DW .
The young man ( Olly) arrived on time was very polite gave me a good selections of lino to choose from and promised to get the job done asp after he received the lino .
This was Tuesday and true to his word in rung me Thursday to make an appointment for Saturday again arrived on time with all the correct tools and made a very good job of the lino and fixed a new bath panel all very efficient and left no mess so full marks for Olly and DW. Thank you

Responsive Repairs: DW Contractors have worked hard for A2Dominion during the course of the past seven years and I have always been impressed by their positive 'can do' attitude, customer focus and considerable understanding of the Housing Association business. DW's Staff have the qualities required to manage a professional team - good interpersonal skills, Health and Safety Legislation, quality workmanship and an organised management style. They have provided, and continue to provide, A2Dominion Residents with a well performing Responsive Repair Service, resulting in excellent KPIs. DW Contractors have also helped the A2Dominion Call Centre to improve the delivery of their service to Residents by attending meetings and resolving concerns, enabling a good two-way communication. DW Contractors have embraced new technology through database management and the use of PDAs. This has enabled them to maintain accurate records, accurate report production and monitor the efficient use of an Operative's time.
Major Refurbishments: DW Contractors with the support of a strong A2Dominion Management Team have produced extremely good quality refurbishment dwellings - from flats to Victorian houses. Their refurbishment works are not only completed to a high standard, but the new SAP ratings produced are better than a lot of new build properties in today's market. The refurbishments are completed on time and to budget, providing the Residents with enhanced living conditions and lower fuel costs.
DW Contractors provides a good Resident Liaison service which not only assists Residents with their temporary decants, but also assists the Resident to select their new kitchen, bathroom and home decorations, if applicable.
Planned Responsive Repairs: DW Contractors have managed the one-off kitchen, bathroom and building elements in a similar manner to their Major Refurbishment works. They have quickly slotted these elements into a programme, ensuring the works are completed in an efficient responsive manner, as the condition warrants.
