RESPONSIVE MAINTENANCE, GAS SERVICING, PLANNED AND CYCLICAL WORKS CONTRACT

This contract, will see DW Support Services take responsibility
for all aspects of property asset maintenance, from day to day responsive repairs, and compliance works, to annual gas servicing and inspections further improving the quality of its housing stock.

The contract will replace our current Cyclical Framework when it completes in 2021.

Key succcesses include:

  • Consistent delivery ahead of programme/on budget every year, exceeding Client expectations;
  • Rapid response to Catalyst’s requirements, highly flexible to residents’ communities’ needs.
  • Establishment of joint Continuous Improvement Group to drive innovation and best practice.
  • 12% cost reduction from the original tendered rates.
