We’ve organised a Boot Camp as part of our drive to improve the physical health and wellbeing our workforce. It’s free and open for all staff and we’ve now held two sessions. We plan to keep this going every two weeks on a Friday morning at 6.30am for 45 minutes for those hard-core insomniacs amongst us!
